Brewing Contest

2nd International Brewing Contest

Eighteen teams from three nations are expected to the 2nd International Brewing Contest for students and research students.More than 120 students and PhD students have brewed beers, which they will submit to the strict eyes and taste buds of a jury of experts. They have extensively studied the engineering behind the brewing process, and have attempted to optimise it with the goal of producing the perfect beer. The teams will introduce both themselves and their individual brewing processes as they try to win the contest. Prizes are awarded in several different categories.

The Brewing Contest takes place on Tuesday, September 27, parallel to the ChemCar Competition.
